The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that some unknown miscreants looted the motorcycle and mobile of informant and his friend on 22.07.2018 near Bandarkola Village.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in the FIR. Only on the confessional statement of the co-accused Babloo Yadav has been made accused in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Motorcycle and mobile phone recovered from the co-accused Babloo Yadav. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

No.61867 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
