The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No.49 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, and 504/34 Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is case and counter case. Petitioner No.1 has filed Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No.54 of 2016, wherein, he was assaulted by the informant and he sustained grievous injury. In the instant case, general and omnibus allegation has been made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6050 of 2017 (3) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 against these petitioners of assaulting the informant and his family members.

The learned APP after going through the case diary has submitted that injuries on the person of all injured are simple in nature.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No.49 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
