2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 292 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 67.17 litres of illicit foreign liquor.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2025 and claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail stands allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Exclusive Special Court of Excise, Patna City /concerned Court below in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 292 of 2025 subject to the condition that:- (i). The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance at Nadi Police Station on two Sundays of every month.
