Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26,35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has filed a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Gaya against Gopal Jee Mishra, A.S.I. that said A.S.I. was involved in the sale of liquor. On enquiry of complaint, the allegation was found true and Gopal Jee Mishra, A.S.I. was suspended. At the instance of that Gopal Jee Mishra, A.S.I., present case was lodged by adjoining police station alleging therein that from the house of the petitioner, country made pistol and cartridge were recovered. The petitioner was not there at the time of recovery nor there is

Investigation of the case is already complete. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chandauti Police Station Case No.97 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
