2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 and 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Three stolen motorcycles were recovered. The petitioner was caught on the spot. The petitioner is in jail since 16.06.2024.
