This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sadar (Dagarwa) P.S.Cae No.124 of 2001 for the offence under Sections 396, 412 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation against the petitioner as he has no information about the case, as such he could not appear on time, as such the bail application was rejected by the learned court below. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that he was absconding in this case, as such at present, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in this case charge has already been framed, hence the learned court below is directed to try to conclude the case within a period of six months, if not concluded within the period, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
