Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some stolen articles are said to have been recovered from the house of petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.06.2019. No doubt, petitioner was made accused in several cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that co-accused Rohit @ Rohit Kumar @ Dipak @ Dipak Kumar @ Ujjwal @ Ujjwal Kumar @ Adhyayan has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
