====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with M.U.P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story is that on 04.05.2018 at about 10 A.M. the informant Tuleshwar Yadav received an information by the accused/petitioner that to reach Magadh Medical College where he found dead body of his daughter Pinki Devi. The marriage of the petitioner and the deceased was solemnized in the year 2010 and after the marriage, the petitioner got a government job and started demanding a four wheeler car in dowry.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62947 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 Three witnesses have been examined in this case. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within six months.
