The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioners committed murder of the sister of the informant due to non-fulfilment of dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioner No.1 is Gotani and petitioner No.2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.366 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st class, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. case No.64 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
