The petitioner is in custody on his remand since 22.06.2019 in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 167/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire family has been roped in connection with several cases after having been taken into custody in connection with Khajekala P.S. Case No. 169/2019. It is submitted that on 08.04.2019, the petitioner was taken into custody in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019. Apart from the present case, he has also been remanded in connection with other cases which have been stated in paragraph No.3 of the present bail application. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that till date no T.I. Parade has been held nor has anything
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61942 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 been recovered from his possession.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also because the son of the petitioner who stands similarly situated has since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 04.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60464 of 2019, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Rupaspur P.S.
