2. The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2023 in connection with Special Case No. 135/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/32/41/47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 2232 liters of illicit foreign liquor from the Bolero Pick up van.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2023 and there is recovery of 2232 of foreign liquor. He further submits that petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand Only) in some charitable organization.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge, II, cum Special Judge (Excise), 1st, Kishanganj in connection with Special Case No. 135/2023.

It is made clear that the petitioner's bail bond shall be accepted only after he deposits Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twentyfive Thousand Only) in Ram Krishna Mission Sevashrama, Patna and produces the receipt of the same and after verifying the genuineness of the receipt, the petitioner shall be released.
