The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S.Case No. 732 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 448, 427, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the admitted fact that no injury was caused to any person in the alleged incident and the co-accused Govind Paswan, Madan Paswan and Vikash Paswan having identical allegation to that of the petitioners have been granted pre-arrest bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59263 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 51815 of 2017, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S.Case No. 732 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
