Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402,414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. A country made pistol and cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 24.01.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60262 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mali Police Station Case No.02 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
