JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but it is obvious from perusal of the first information report itself that it was co-accused, Bhuneshwear Rai, who gave fatal blow to the deceased and so far as petitioner is concerned; it is only stated that he caught one hand of the deceased at the time of alleged occurrence.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 70 of 2012
