Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed his representation before the Circle Officer (Respondent No. 3) herein by way of a representation dated 04.07.2025, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The authority shall consider the representation and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner
