Since there are certain inherent administrative issues, which arise in entertaining application for registration as well as allowing the candidates to participate in the ensuing matriculation examination, scheduled from 11th of March, 2016 and the Court not being satisfied with the bona-fide of the reason for non-registration of the daughters even in the extended time merely on the ground that she was suffering from hepatitis, which was not a crippling disease, as such the Court is not inclined to give any direction for

Patna High Court CWJC No.19751 of 2015 dt.16-02-2016 2/2 their registration or participation in the matriculation examination, as not much time is left for the Board to make preparation of the same. Writ application is dismissed.
