Petitioner is seeking for bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No.129 of 2021, for the offences punishable u/s 363, 365, 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Vide order dated 06.12.2024, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Spl., POCSO-II, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, dated 17.12.2024, kept at Flag 'R', whereby it is submitted that charge has been framed against accused person and summon has been issued to witnesses for adducing evidence. The next date, the case is fixed for evidence and the Court will try to conclude the trial within six to eight months.

Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. 6.
