In our view, it is not a matter in which it requires to consider the procedural law. The learned judge of the lower Court did not conduct any preliminary inquiry before referring this matter to this Court. When notices were issued by the Court below to the Advocate concerned, he has tendered unconditional apology to the matter.
In view of aforesaid, we do not think it proper to proceed in this proceeding any further. Accordingly, the matter stands disposed of.
