JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 14-03-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted compensation of only Rs. 2,84,000/- whereas the compensation should have been much more as similarly placed another person has been granted much higher compensation.

Question regarding enhancement of compensation is a question of fact which requires to be adjudicated on filing of a reference before the concerned District Judge. This writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
