The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner tried to obtain employment on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate(s).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that in fact, a study centre of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University was running at Motihari and the Director of the University provided certificate to the petitioner after taking examination, which the petitioner submitted for getting the contractual job in A.T.M.A., West Champaran, but when he came to know that certificate is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71678 of 2022(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 not genuine, he did not appear at the interview and left his candidature. Thus, the petitioner was neither appointed nor caused any revenue loss to the government. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the same, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 779 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
