In view of the decision rendered by a Learned Single Judge in a batch of writ applications with the leading case of being Sarswati Bhawan Jai Kant Madhyamik Sanskrit Vidyalaya, Chikna Versus The State of Bihar in C.W.J.C. No. 1727 of 2009 and other analogous cases, decided on 10.04.2012, this Court has nothing to offer over and above what has already been decided and directed by the said order of the Learned Single Judge.
Patna High Court CWJC No.14166 of 2013 dt.22-09-2015 2/2 The case of the present petitioner will be governed by the said directive.
Writ application stands disposed off accordingly.
