ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2019 in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 564 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from his motorcycle and there is a discrepancy in the number of seized motorcycle. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
