The petitioner is in custody in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.201 of 2017, a case under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/427/325/120B/153B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is general and omnibus against the petitioner and others to have represented the group of the society and were chanting slogans to create communal disharmony. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

No.58097 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 P2/ the case is pending in connection with Arwal Police Station Case No. 201 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
