Petitioner apprheends his arrest in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016 registered under Sections- 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the sister of the informant was married to this petitioner. She gave birth to four girls and due to that she was tortured by her in-laws. Ultimately she was done to death and her dead body was concealed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Informant has filed a petition to the effect that his sister was working as labourer with Raj Mistry and while working she fell down and

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that witnesses have stated that the deceased died due to hanging. Post mortem report shows injury caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled in the first information report and the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected.
