This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.95 of 2016 dated 1.3.2016 for the offence under Sections 323, 354, 498 (A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informantcomplainant and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.
Heard learned A.P.P. also, who could not controvert the aforesaid facts.
Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that the

No.559 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant-informant as well as no specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioners, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, DistrictRohtas in connection with Complaint Case No.95 of 2016 dated 01.03.2016 , subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438
