Prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no.8 was already dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 16.11.2019. As per F.I.R. there is specific allegation against the petitioners no.5 and 7 of assault by Farsa to Rena Devi and Bimal Paswan and against petitioners no. 1 and 9 that they have broken the hand of the informant. Apart from that there are general allegation against all the petitioners. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is land dispute between the parties and case and counter case between the parties. So far Rena Devi and Bimal Paswan are concerned, their injuries were found to be simple in nature, which he has stated on oath in Para-7 of this petition. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, except petitioner no.8, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Shri Kumar Sudhanshu, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biraul, Darbhanga, in connection
