2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 18.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59563 of 2022 to the extent of incorporation of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Eight Lacs) as settlement amount payable by the petitioner to opposite party No. 2.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was granted bail as the matter was resolved between the parties through the process of mediation but due to inadvertence, the amount of settlement of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Eight Lacs) could not be mentioned in the order dated 18.07.2023

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84873 of 2023(2) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59563 of 2022. The same requires to be incorporated in the aforesaid order as the petitioner has already got demand drafts of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Eight Lacs) and he is prepared to hand over the same to the opposite party No. 2. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of aforesaid fact that petitioner has undertaken to hand over the demand draft of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Eight Lacs) to the opposite party No. 2, and order dated 18.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59563 of 2022 is modified and further six weeks' time is granted for furnishing bail-bond.

5. Modification petition is allowed and order dated 18.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59563 of 2022 is modified to the above extent only.
