2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 20 and 22 of NDPS Act.
3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant Niraj Kumar ( S.I. ) alleged that on 27.06.2025 , on secret information , he along with other police officals conducted a raid, in which 1.10 kg (1100 gms) of ganja and one electric weighing machine was recovered from the house of co-accused Avinash Kumar Shuklaa @ Bajrangi Shukla .
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because she happens to be wife of co-accused Avinash Kumar Shukla .
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65444 of 2025(2) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 No Narcotics drugs were recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J Principal Sessions Judge Madhubani in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
