Learned counsel appearing for N.H.I. submits that the order of this Court has already been complied with, which is

Patna High Court MJC No.3506 of 2018(10) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 evident from perusal of Annexure C to the show cause. It is submitted that the concerned Officers of N.H.I. are present before this Court to pay respect to this Court. Learned counsel appearing for petitioners seeks adjournment to go through the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party No. 4.

But, in my view, when the order of this Court has already been complied with by the concerned authority, there is no need to keep this petition pending and, furthermore, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the decision of the concerned authority, they may take legal recourse in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid fact, this contempt petition stands disposed of.
