This application has been filed seeking direction to the respondent-Bihar School Examination Board to do rescrutiny of petitioner's answer-sheet of Chemistry Paper for Intermediate Annual Examination-2018.

It transpires that the petitioner had appeared in compartmental examination and he has been declared 'pass' on that basis recently.

This application has, thus, lost its efficacy and is, accordingly, disposed of.
