Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Moreover, similarly situated persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 12.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 42032 of 2019 and vide order dated 15.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 42466/2019. Petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2019.

No.60812 of 2019(4) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019.
