This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jadopur (Yadopur) P.S. Case No.187 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. 3.
There is recovery of 1108 litres of foreign liquor from a boat. The petitioners are in custody since 11.08.2023.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Court No.1, Gopalganj, in connection with Jadopur (Yadopur) P.S. Case No.187 of 2023.

This is subject to the condition that petitioners shall mark their attendance in Bishambharpur Police Station, District- Gopalganj, on first Sunday of every month.
