2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the result of Drug Inspector published on 27.06.2024 in pursuant to the Advertisement No.09/22.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has challenged the present writ petition on the ground that she has qualified the written test and in the interview, exorbitant less marks have been provided to her due to which

Counsel submits that petitioner is self confident as she could not get less marks and therefore, counsel submits that the marks may be called for and it may be scrutinized at the level of Court, so that justice be made to the petitioner. Counsel further submits that academic record of the petitioner is excellent and she has qualified the written test and got good marks in the same.

4. Learned Counsel for the State and Learned Counsel for Bihar Public Service Commission jointly submits that providing less marks by the Interview Board may not be a legal question which is to be tested by the Court as it is the discretion of the Interview Board to provide marks to the candidates on the basis of their performance before the Board.

5. In this background, this Court is not inclined to interfere and hence, the present writ petition stands dismissed. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U
