2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University giving details of payment of the admitted dues, except for arrears of salary about which it has been undertaken that it would be paid latest by 22nd November, 2018.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with direction to make the remaining payment of arrears
