JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim was recorded, in which, she specifically, stated that she has solemnized her marriage with petitioner by her own sweet will. The victim has been found between 17-19 years of age by Medical Board and apart from this, she disclosed her age as 19 years at the time of recording of her statement u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with S. G. R. No. 48 of 2015 arising out of Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 244 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge,
