JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that accused persons came to the house of the informant and started quarrelling with her due to partition dispute. On protest being made, co-accused Govind Bind son of the petitioners poured diesel on the body of the informant and lit fire causing burn injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are cousin father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant and in the background of partition dispute the accusation has been levelled when the accusation of liting fire is against Govind Bind son of petitioners.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.116 of 2016 (2) dt.05-01-2016 2/2 petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
