2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner was demanding money from unsuccessful students for modification of their result through Facebook and WhatsApp from his Mobile No. 9142721046.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only alleged to demand the money but in fact no money has ever been received by the petitioner nor anyone has claimed that he has been cheated by the petitioner. Petitioner is student of the IGNOU University and claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P. S. Case No. 333 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
