Learned counsel for the State submits on the strength of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.3, the Civil Surgeon -cum- Member Secretary, District Health Society, Bhojpur at Ara that there has never been disobedience of the interim order dated 30.4.2013 passed in CWJC No. 7468 of 2003 and subsequently the main writ application has also been disposed of.

In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
