2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2019 registered under Sections 342, 323, 325, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant and his wife, as a result of which, they sustained injuries. It is further alleged that the accused persons also snatched gold ornaments worth Rs. 48,000/-.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that the entire allegation alleged against the petitioners are false and concocted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail with respect to petitioner no. 1 by contending that the injury caused by this petitioner is grievous in nature. Hence, he does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of injury allegedly caused by petitioner no. 1, namely, Ramakant Yadav, his prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected.
7. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, the injury caused by this petitioner is simple in nature, let petitioner no. 2, namely, Triveni Yadav, be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with
