2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tetiya Bambar P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)a, 26(i) (ii)/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, huge quantity of arms and ammunition were recovered from the forest from where some accused persons were arrested and it is alleged that the petitioner was also present there but he fled away.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 25.6.2024.

5. The petitioner has been named in the selfinculpatory statement of the co-accused and he is accused in eight more cases of similar and serious nature.

6. Considering the materials available against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
