The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 31.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 15445 of 2016 by which the direction was given to the authorities to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose it of after giving a hearing.

In that view of the matter, no contempt is made out, the petitioner, if he so wants, can agitate the matter. The MJC 890 of 2018 stands disposed of.
