The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 21 of 2019 arising out of Vigilance Case No. 21 of 2019 for the offence under 7(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 23.05.2019 and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

No.60687 of 2019(3) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 21 of 2019 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019.
