JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-10-2018 Pursuant to the last order passed by this Court, a supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of O.P. No. 4. On perusal of the statements made therein, it appears that the State Government has already disbursed the funds for payment of arrears of salary to the teaching and non-teaching employees of all the 18 Minority High Schools of the District. It is also stated that the amount has already been credited into the account of the respective teaching and non-teaching employees of the said schools and now no bills of any of the Minority High

Patna High Court MJC No.314 of 2016 (9) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 Schools of the district is pending.

So far as benefits of ACP to the employees of the Minority Schools is concerned, the issue has been examined by the Opposite Parties and the claim has been rejected by the Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar vide order contained in Memo No. 1286 dated 06.10.2018 (AnnexureR-4/B). In the aforesaid view of the matter, now nothing remains for proceeding with the contempt application. It is disposed off, accordingly, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order rejecting the claim of the petitioner for grant of ACP, if so advised, in accordance with law.
