ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2015 in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 199/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 327, 307, 400, 504 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is no eye-witness of the occurrence but three persons including the petitioner are made accused in the present case. The injuries which are said to have been caused by hurling the bomb are found to be not serious. He further submits that the injury sustained was of a hard blunt substance and not out of any explosion as indicated in the FIR.

Considering the aforementioned facts and that the petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S.
