Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
A country made loaded pistol was, allegedly, recovered from possession of the petitioner.
The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2017 and has stated on oath that he has no criminal antecedent and is ready to cooperate with the trial of the case.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58388 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Barhara Police Station Case No. 157 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below having immovable property and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
