JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2017 It is the claim of the petitioner that he was admitted in B.C.A. (Three-year) course, for the sessions 2011-14, in Gorelal Mehta College, Banmankhi, Purnea, which is affiliated to Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura. It is his claim that he had appeared in the examination, conducted for the said course, but his result has not been declared. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his result has wrongly been withheld by the University.

Considering the nature of relief, which is being sought, I have considered it appropriate to dispose of the writ application

Patna High Court CWJC No.17963 of 2017(2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 at this stage itself with a direction to the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4, to look into the grievance of the petitioner and publish the result if the petitioner is entitled for his result. If the University is of the view that the petitioner's result cannot be published for any valid reason, the respondent no. 4 will be required to pass a speaking reasoned order, which must be sent to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This application stands disposed of.
