Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are relatives of the husband of the deceased. They are separate in mess and business from the husband of the deceased. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.
