JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner No.1 is father-in-law and petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 are in-laws of the deceased and there is allegation of demand of dowry and for that they have killed the deceased. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that deceased got burn injury while preparing food and allegation of demand is against her husband and they have

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
