JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-payment of salary for the periods from 11.11.2004 to February 2005, and August 2005 to 21.06.2011. During the pendency of the writ petition, the matter was directed to be enquired vide letter no. 251 dated 13.04.2015 and was examined by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhagalpur who has submitted a favourable report on 17.08.2015. However, payment could not be made to

Considering the report dated 17.08.2015 submitted by the District Programme Officer (Estt.), Bhagalpur contained in Annexure-D to the counter affidavit of respondent no. 5, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision in the light of Annexure-D with regard to payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
