JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 As per FIR prosecution story is that on information police raided the place and arrested accused persons, including the petitioner and from them one country made pistol, two cartridges and one mobile have been recovered.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for seven and a half months and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed upon him, if bail is granted. Heard learned APP also.
In the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59849 of 2017 (4) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 Magistrate-III, Siwan, in connection with Darauli P.S.Case No. 119 of 2017, subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) he will cooperate in trial and appear in court as and when required, except genuine ground, otherwise his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
